Diane George, MD
Dr. George graduated from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) with a BS degree in Medical Technology/ Microbiology and received her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio in 1986. She completed an internship at the University of Tennessee HSC-Memphis and then completed her training at Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS. She has an advanced degree in immunohematology, also from U of Texas. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. George served in the US Air Force for 6 years. She is a member of the Nashville Flute Choir, considers herself a church musician, and plays flute, harp, and piano. She is a member of the Nashville Academy of Medicine, The American Legion, National Flute Association, The American Needlepoint Guild, and The Jayhawk Society. Her son is also a musician and is serving in the US Air Force as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician. So far, she has 2 grandchildren and a granddog.
Eileen Cassidy, MD
Dr Cassidy grew up in New York City and Connecticut. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Notre Dame and then attended University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her OB GYN training at St Vincent's Hospital in New York City. After completing her residency, Dr Cassidy worked as a faculty attending, teaching residents and maintaining a private practice at both Lenox Hill Hospital and NYU Hospital. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Although she is a born and bred New Yorker, after visiting family in Nashville several times, Dr Cassidy decided to move here in 2006. She loves Nashville and the great family atmosphere it offers. Dr Cassidy enjoys all aspects of being an OB/GYN, but especially appreciates the opportunity to work with women and help to educate them to make them more empowered over their own health. Dr Cassidy is married and she and her husband have four children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time socializing with family and friends.
Erin Yu, MD
Dr. Yu received her MD from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1999 and was inducted into the honor society of Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She obtained her undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, in biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Dr. Yu was born in Massachusetts and raised in New Jersey. She moved to Nashville for her medical training and found a new home that she loves. She is married to Dr. James Yu and they have 2 sons. She enjoys time at the lake, skiing, fly fishing, camping, and watching her boys play ball!
Lynn Driver, MD
Dr. Driver, originally from Abingdon, VA, received her M.D. from the University of Tennessee in 1986. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center-Memphis. Prior to that she studied at the Webb School in Knoxville, and received a Bachelor of Arts , Cum Laude, from Vanderbilt University. She is President of Women's Medical Associates and has been in practice since 1990. She is Board Certified and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the Nashville Academy of Medicine and Tennessee Women in Medicine. Dr. Driver is an avid University of Tennessee football fan and enjoys hiking, running, and reading. She has a daughter who is active in dance and twin sons.
Susan E. Mackey, MD
Dr. Mackey received her M.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1989, and completed her internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1993. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Rhodes College in 1985. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the Tennessee Medical Association, the Nashville Academy of Medicine, and the Thegos Society. She is originally from Nashville and has loved being back home. She is married to Dr. Edward Mackey and has 2 children. Her hobbies include skiing, running, reading, and knitting.
